The Japanese box set was released in Hong Kong/ Asia with a sticker on the front advertising the included Maria Rose costume DLC sheet and Filter Frame early purchase bonus and a large sticker on the back with the English title and various information including a new barcode. It contains:
- Regular Switch game with DLC (HAC-P-A9WRC(CHT) SXA-HAC-A9WRC-CHT)
- Tsukihamiya Senkyokushuu CD soundtrack (KTGS-S0624CD)
- Rougetsutou Tsuisou-roku novel hardcover book
- Two A4 clear files
The included game is the English Asian edition, while the other items are the same as included with the Japanese box set.
The soundtrack title translates to Lunar Eclipse Night Selection. 153 songs could also be downloaded until 2026.03.08. The novel title translates to Memoirs of Rougetsu Island.
There was no box set with the PS4 game included inside, but a box without the game could be purchased.
